On behalf of the Bridgetown Greenbushes Suicide Prevention Network, Inc. we are pleased to give notice of our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and call for nominations.

Date: 7 August 2025
Time: 1.00pm to 2.00pm
Location: BYA, The Convent, Steere Street, Bridgetown or via Teams.

Please note: Participants can experience trouble joining online meetings from time to time. We kindly ask that you log in 10 minutes early to allow time to resolve any IT issues before the meeting begins.

The AGM is an important opportunity for members to hear about the past year’s achievements and future direction, review the financial report, and participate in the election of the committee for the coming year.

Nominations for Committee Positions:
If you would like to nominate yourself or another member for a position on the committee, please submit your nomination by Thursday 10 July 2025 (28 days before AGM) by completing both the BGSPN Member Application & Renewal Form and the BGSPN Committee Nomination Form and emailing them to suicideprevention.southwest@sjog.org.au

Voting:
Only current members are eligible to vote at the AGM. If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact us at suicideprevention.southwest@sjog.org.au. 

If you are unable to attend but would like to appoint a proxy, please notify us by 5 August 2025 by completing and returning the BGSPN Proxy Nomination Form and emailing to suicideprevention.southwest@sjog.org.au
